Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will partner and engage with key stakeholders to develop innovative sourcing and talent attraction strategies and programs. The successful candidate will initiate and drive best practice sourcing strategies for Gilead's sourcing team with an emphasis on I&D early talent and build relationships with diverse networks and associations. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing channel segmentation and providing market and talent intelligence leading to a highly targeted and quality focused talent community.

  • Use historical and future talent supply predictive analytics to advise the business on sourcing strategy and impact to the organization
  • Engage and measure effectiveness of early talent I&D partnerships and special networking events
  • Build and nurture relationships with diverse networks and associations to add to the channel matrix
  • Partner with internal teams (I&D, Sourcing, Early Talent) on the development of key schools, conferences and organizations to execute in alignment with enterprise-wide vision, mission and strategic pillars
  • Partner with Early Talent team and Public Affairs for all outbound branding with alignment to Gilead's EVP to execute innovative talent strategies that enable us to meet our hiring goals
  • Nurture talent to facilitate interview ready pool of prospects across a broad range of skills, segments and geographies within the CRM
  • The ability to use market data to inform key talent strategies to match business strategies that result in hires
  • Partner closely with recruiting and business leadership to ensure we have effective talent attraction/sourcing support and coverage on all critical roles
  • Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results and make recommendations for improvements to ensure all full-time and intern hiring goals are achieved
  • A deep understanding of sourcing technology, market trends, and talent strategy

Qualifications and Education:
  • 9+ years of relevant experience in the Talent Acquisition field and talent sourcing and a BA or BS degree.
